IBIS SALUMI, a brand of Italia Alimentari Spa, produces IGP Valtellina bresaola at its premises in Postalesio (SO).
Since 2005 we have carried out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on the mechanical and production systems in the factory. We modernised the central heating system by installing a condenser unit to supply hot water for the production process; maintenance of the refrigeration system and the cooling towers, upgrading of installations geared to the technological refurbishment of the production premises.
